Insisting on prudent operation

The Company is committed to intensifying clean governance and stepping up employee education on clean practice. In 2021, it carried out 12 training sessions on anti-corruption topics.

Hanging on to sustainable development of inclusive finance

The Company grants a preferential policy of allowing small and micro-enterprises to postpone rental payment. In 2021, it handled rental payment delay formalities for about 4000 clients.

Protecting employees’ rights and interests

The Company takes out accidental injury, accidental medical treatment and major disease insurances for its employees and has an enterprise annuity mechanism in place, in which a total of RMB29,437,500 has been paid.

Striding towards the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals

The Company has been expanding the proportion of green leasing and increasing credit extensions to such fields as green ships, green aircrafts and new-energy vehicles.

Energy-saving aircrafts can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 171,000 tons.
